Longing for a place, a moment, or a person.
These are the key concepts I try to capture and express in my music. Some call it "Nostalgia". Others call it "Hiraeth". In Japanese, we call it "恋しい" ー Koishii.
I focus on human emotions and the stories behind them.
In a world where AI can write, arrange, and produce the catchiest pop songs or the most complex film scores, why do I choose to remain an artist?
Because I believe in the human process more than the outcome itself.
AI can generate music that sounds good, but it doesn't go through the same process we do. It generates the most optimal output from data and algorithms in a split second.
It doesn't live.
It doesn't experience.
It doesn't reminisce.
It doesn't struggle.
It doesn't love.
It doesn't hope.
It doesn't miss home.
It doesn't long for anything.
But I do.
I walk with you.
I experience your story with you.
I feel with you.
Only then I composeーbecause I believe that's what separates human-made music from AI-generated music.
As a composer, my goal is to focus on emotions and stories.
Please share your story with me, and I will compose music by connecting with your experiences and the emotions behind them.
